Dear Mr. Cowan, When this incident occurred seven months ago I thought my life would become a living hell!!! While I sit here in the present it's incredible how fortunate I am to have received the outcome that was given to me, and I owe it all to you. You are an incredible Professional and it was an honor to listen to you and watch you work. Being the best in your field you probably hear all the time.
